Welcome to ExpertLink. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. ExpertLink provides a platform for buyers to send paid invitations to experts for 1:1 conversations.

2. Service Description

ExpertLink allows buyers to create paid invitations for expert conversations. Payment is processed upfront via Stripe. Experts can accept or decline invitations without creating an account.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through Stripe. The buyer pays the expert session price plus a platform fee. Payment is captured immediately upon invite creation.

Currency: All transactions are in EUR.

Platform Fee: A platform fee is charged to the buyer in addition to the expert session price.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued if the expert declines your invitation. Refunds are processed manually within 3-5 business days. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

5. Expert Payouts

Experts receive 100% of the session price (no platform fee deducted). Payouts are processed manually within 3-5 business days after session completion.

6. User Responsibilities

Buyers: Provide accurate information and use the service in good faith.

Experts: Respond to invitations promptly and honor accepted sessions.

7. Limitation of Liability

ExpertLink acts as a platform connecting buyers and experts. We are not responsible for the quality of sessions or disputes between parties.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
